More than just learning modules, we'll work together to understand your own rhythms and cycles, and plan your life and work in tune with the ebbs and flows of the world around you on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

At each New Moon, we get clear on your intentions for the month ahead, plan your month, help you understand the energy, and what your capacity is for the month ahead. These Monthly Planning calls act as your anchor, where planning becomes embodied rather than intellectual. Think of them as orientation points — moments to pause, listen, and realign with the rhythm. To gain guidance and be aware of your own needs and capacity. Your Seasonal Rhythm!

You'll also have access to weekly check-ins and a community space to chat, catch up, and ask questions.

 

The program is built in two stages: 1) where you learn the system, 2) where you can begin to live and embody that system day-to-day, month to month.
